Nobody Ever Tells Me Anything

Doc was a teacher from 1967 to 2010. (Sigh)

1436 - Surgery, PCC, Jeter, Enerson
I got a call from the surgeon's office asking me if I could reschedule the appointment to this coming Monday rather than the 24th. I was glad to do that. It is by no means a frightening surgery, but it does create some anxiety that I would like to get over. Now that the biopsy healed over, the site looks almost normal, but I know it isn't. The new PCC is right across from my health club, so it is going to be a lot easier dropping in for the odd purchase, especially stuff like something for lunch, which today was a delicious piece of pizza. The Mariners are at this moment ending a three game series with the Yankees, losing all three. But there are over 40,000 people there tonight to see Jeter's last game in Seattle. And he is doing his usual damage. Jean Enerson is leaving King5 after about 42 years as the lead announcer. She had the nickname The Franchise, which is a pretty good title for anyone, one I wish I had had!
