Nobody Ever Tells Me Anything

Doc was a teacher from 1967 to 2010. (Sigh)

Some reality show on in the living room (not because I turned it on), so I am hearing the most inane conversation I have heard in years, about people who create fake personalities on the internet and what happens when they actually meet the people they have been lying to. As for me, I have been spending quality time with the Mariners, who had another great game against Oakland last night. They seem to be the only team able to beat Oakland this year (Oakland is the top team in baseball). We have slipped into hot weather in the PNW, so activity is not very attractive. The Mariners have had just under 40,000 people willing to go out to the ballgame, though. I am pleased to have three dollar slices of pizza at the new PCC. It means I can have pizza three minutes from home any time I want. I have noticed that the baby/kittens picture plague has taken over facebook. Luckily, I like babies and kittens. In its idiocy WSDOT has entirely close 520 and mostly closed I-90 over the weekend. That is nice when we have tens of thousands of people coming in for baseball and soccer. It is not as bad as Minnesota, though, where they NEVER finish a highway project.
