1820 - That heat

We have been living with a heat wave for a week or so, temps in the high eighties and low nineties. Today it is to reach ninety degrees. It makes life seem sticky, but it is not the muggy heat of Wisconsin, I have to admit. Beautiful blue skies, though. I did solve a sticky problem over my g'daughter's bedding. She needed a bed in her room in Olympia. So yesterday I went shopping and bought a futon for her. Rolled up it fits neatly in the back seat of my Accord. The whole transportation of bedding issue was getting me down. Speaking of transportation, my daughter an her family are in the airport in Costa Rica, getting ready to fly to Houston, then Seattle. They have had a marvelous vacation in Costa Rica.
